Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders within three working days of receipt. This can take a little longer in times of high demand.

Please note, at the moment all shipments are taking a lot longer than the timeframes advertised by Royal Mail and quoted below. Service from the Post Office/Royal Mail is inconsistent, with some packages taking weeks to get small distances. This is especially true of international orders, where customs issues are also occurring.

Also, we do not use tracked services, just standard Royal Mail services. We are not able to provide tracking numbers. If you suspect your package should have arrived and hasn't, please check it hasn't been left with a neighbour or is undelivered at your local post office before contacting us.

Our standard shipping options included within our checkout pricing are as follows:

- Orders within the UK are sent by 2nd Class mail. The Post Office advises that they aim to deliver 2nd Class mail within two to three working days, although delivery may take longer.

- Orders to the rest of Europe are sent via the Post Office's International Standard service. The Post Office advises that delivery to Europe by International Standard is normally made within three to five working days.

- Orders to the rest of the world are sent via the Post Office's International Standard service. The Post Office advises that delivery to countries outside of Europe by International Standard is normally made within five to seven working days.
